Afri-Wildlife & Golf Safaris is an Inbound Tour Broker specialising in Wildlife and/or Golf Safaris.
We cater for both fully inclusive tours as well as free itinerary tourists, on a guided or self-drive basis.
Our focus at present is on the European and Asian markets.

We are a registered member of the Southern African Tourism Services Association, (SATSA), (Membership No. 1025), and maintain full insurance coverage and fidelity to the association.

The company has been in operation since the year 2000, and is owned by Fred Ackermann and Johan Kuit, who together, have more than 70 years experience in the Travel & Tourism Industry in Southern Africa.

Fred Ackermann was born in 1944 and spent 34 years working for South African Airways and retired as Senior Marketing Manager.

Johan Kuit was born in 1946 and after graduating from the University of Stellenbosch as an Aeronautical Engineer. He also attained a Hons. B.Comm. degree from the University of South Africa. He spent 32 years working for South African Airways and retired as Senior Vice President Marketing.

Fred and Johan are both keen golfers and avid wildlife enthusiasts. The weather in Southern Africa makes it a 365 day tourist destination. They decided to combine this attribute with their two passions to create Afri-Wildlife and Golf Safaris, to cater for the niche market that they identified as marketeers whilst still with South African Airways.
